ORDERING

All products on www.siegelmanstable.com are in stock and available for order. Occasionally, products are oversold. In this event, orders are fulfilled in the order they are received. Items in your shopping cart are not reserved. Processed orders are subject to payment acceptance and availability.

Siegelman Stable may require additional personal information in order to verify identity. In the event that additional information is required, we will make multiple attempts to contact you. We will attempt e-mail contact, and await a response within 48 hours. The order is subject to cancellation if there is no response from the customer within 48 hours.

SHIPPING

All packages are processed for shipping within 1-2 weeks of your purchase unless noted in the product description. Estimated delivery is to be used as a guide only. Delays are not the responsibility of Siegelman Stable once shipped. All separate orders must be shipped individually and cannot be combined, even if the purchaser has made both orders. Additional Fees & Duties may apply for international orders.

Siegelman Stable is not responsible for any issues related to logistics, delays
or other matters that may arise during transportation of your order by our shipping carriers. Any concerns or problems related to the shipping process should be addressed directly with the respective shipping carrier.

RETURNS

RETURN PORTAL

Follow the return portal or contact siegelmanstable@gmail.com within 7 business days of received order to request a return. In your request, please note your order #. If approved, we will email you return documents. If your return is not shipped within 5 business days of issuing the documents, the items will no longer be eligible for return. Customers are responsible for return shipping cost.

Once your return is received, inspected and approved, we will provide a store credit, less a 10% restocking fee. No refunds. Please note: store credit applies only to the item purchased and does not include any taxes, duties, or original shipping costs.

In the case you were sent the incorrect item or a defective item, contact us at siegelmanstable@gmail.com. Items must be returned un-worn, un-washed and with original packaging/tags.

What is Checkout+?

Checkout+ is an optional add-on available at checkout that provides both free return shipping and package protection for your order.

If you opt into Checkout+, you can return any item in your order for a refund at no additional cost. If you choose not to purchase Checkout+, you can still return your items, but you’ll be responsible for the cost of the return shipping label.

We are unable to accommodate free exchanges or returns on international orders. If you’d like to start a return for an international order, you can still use our return portal  or email us at www.siegelmanstable.com

Siegelman Stable makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all warranties.
